Areas rolls out its click & collect service for Viparis at Paris expo Porte de Versailles
The Wiiish app developed by Areas allows access to the different brands providing catering services in the park. Integrated into the Viparis digital platform, Wiiish offers a click & delivery service for exhibitors hosting stands and a click & collect service allowing park visitors to choose, order and pay for their meals online and to pick them up quickly without having to queue.
For the Vivatech fair, Wiiish offers the possibility of placing orders with three catering brands present at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles by connecting to the Viparis site or app. These brands are Paul, Factory & Co and Super Wild Coffee, the coffee shop brand created by Areas.
Like the leading innovation and technology players present at the fair, Areas decided to adopt an innovative marketing approach by calling on the services of Pepper to present Wiiish in a simple, fun way, thanks to the famous robot’s intuitive interface.
CEO of Areas in France and Northern Europe, Alexandre de Palmas said, “At Areas, digital technology serves to ensure a dynamic offer and meet the requirements of our guests seeking efficient and smooth-running services. With Wiiish, we are transforming the customer experience by saving time for our guests and ensuring they receive a more comfortable service. A pioneer application on the concession catering market, Wiiish is integrated into our licensors’ digital platforms and offers strong growth potential in the leisure and travel business.”
