Customer experience and the search for quality are at the center of our strategic priorities and the work of our teams on a daily basis. We have therefore established tools to enhance knowledge of our customers' journeys, actions to improve the reception in our sales outlets and digital tools to improve fluidity in our restaurants.

Our new intelligent app allow customers to place orders for delivery in stations. The interface has been designed to offer a wide range of user-friendly and innovative services, including click & collect, a directory providing real-time information and an interactive customer-retention tool enabling communications, information and responses.
